Privacy & data
What happens to what you send us.
How we handle website enquiries and connection information.
Draft. Needs review by your solicitor or DPO, and the ICO registration number added, before the site goes live.
What this page covers
This explains what happens to personal data you submit through this website. It does not cover data we process on behalf of clients during an engagement. That is governed by the data processing agreement in your contract with us.
Who is responsible
AI Driven Solutions is the data controller for enquiries made through this site. Registered in England and Wales, company number 16396840, at 42 Epsom Avenue, Sale, M33 4QX. For any question about your data, or to exercise the rights below, email phil@aidrivensolutions.co.uk.
What we collect, and why
If you complete the contact form we collect your name, work email address, company name, and anything you write in the message field. Company size and process type are optional.
We use it for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest: responding to someone who has asked us to get in touch, supported by the agreement you give when submitting the form.
We do not add enquirers to a marketing list, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else sees it
Enquiries are delivered by email through our email provider and stored in our business mailbox. Our website hosting provider processes the request that carries your submission. Both act as processors under contract and neither uses your data for their own purposes.
We do not transfer enquiry data outside the UK or EEA except where a provider's standard infrastructure does so under an approved transfer mechanism.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted after twelve months. Where an enquiry becomes a client relationship, the records are retained for the duration of that relationship and for six years afterwards to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Cookies and analytics
Analytics is disabled on this site. We do not run advertising tags or session recording, or set analytics cookies. Our hosting provider still processes connection information needed to serve the website, including your IP address.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, object to our processing it, or ask us to restrict what we do with it. Email us and we will respond within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, tell us first: email phil@aidrivensolutions.co.uk with "Data protection complaint" in the subject line. We will acknowledge it within 30 days and tell you who is dealing with it and what happens next.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. You can go to the ICO without coming to us first. We would just like the chance to put it right.
Security
Enquiry data is transmitted over TLS and held in access-controlled business systems with multi-factor authentication. We limit access to the people who need it to reply to you.
