Pricing

A clear scope. A price you can plan for.

We quote fixed price after the discovery call. Review one process, commission a workflow, app or agent, or arrange ongoing support. These indicative prices help you decide whether to have the conversation.

Understand one process

Focused process review

A clear recommendation before you commit to a build.

One process, reviewed remotely

What is included

  • One remote workshop and a map of the agreed process
  • Cost assumptions, feasibility checks and a written recommendation
  • A findings call and one revision to the report

Onsite work and wider audits are quoted separately. The review is a paid deliverable; there is no automatic credit against implementation.

Connect a defined task

Power Automate workflow

One useful workflow, with clear rules and a reliable handover.

Delivery dates agreed after scoping

What is included

  • One workflow across up to two agreed systems using available standard connectors
  • Agreed routing, error handling and acceptance checks
  • Testing, documentation, handover and thirty days of fixes for agreed defects

Starting scope excludes custom APIs, desktop automation, AI document extraction and data cleanup. We check access and licences before quoting.

£3,500+

per scoped workflow

Make approved information useful

Copilot Studio agent

An internal agent for one clearly defined information need.

Delivery dates agreed after scoping

What is included

  • One read-only use case, one agreed source collection and one channel
  • Agreed test questions, permissions checks and human escalation
  • Testing, documentation, handover and thirty days of fixes for agreed defects

Content must be ready to use. Write actions, custom integrations and substantial content remediation need a separate scope and quote.

Delivery dates agreed after scoping

What is included

  • One internal form/list app with an agreed data model
  • Defined user permissions and acceptance checks
  • Testing, documentation, handover and thirty days of fixes for agreed defects

Offline sync, data migration, external users and complex integrations are outside the starting scope and are quoted separately.

Build prices start at the amounts shown for the stated scope. Prices exclude VAT where applicable and Microsoft licences or usage charges. We confirm scope, access and running costs before a fixed quote.

Larger processes need their own estimate.

Connected workflows, document extraction, onsite discovery and custom agents are quoted from the work involved. Where you have already paid for a review, the implementation quote covers the remaining work and states the total project cost.

Discuss a larger build

How we quote

No change requests for things we should have foreseen.

We size the process before we price it

The discovery call establishes the task and its boundaries. If the process needs investigation, we recommend a focused review. Larger implementations are estimated from their own requirements.

Fixed price, and we wear the estimate

If the build takes longer than we thought because we misjudged it, that's our cost. If the scope genuinely changes, say a new system, a new rule, a second site, we agree that in writing before doing the work.

You see it working every week

There is no month where you have no idea what's happening. Weekly demo of what runs so far, so a wrong assumption costs days rather than the whole engagement.

Thirty days of fixes included

Anything that doesn't behave as specified in the first month after launch is fixed at no charge. That's a defect, not a change.

Pricing questions

The awkward ones, answered.

Do we need a paid review before every build?

No. If the task is already clear, we can scope the starter build directly. A focused review is useful when the process, data or case for automation needs investigation. If you commission one, implementation is quoted for the work still required; the review fee is not automatically credited.

Are these prices real?

The review is £1,950 for the stated remote scope. Build prices are starting points for the scopes listed; ongoing support has a defined monthly allowance. We confirm the work, access and costs in a fixed quote before you commit.

What does this cost on top, in Microsoft licences?

It depends on your existing plan and the process. We check your licences before proposing a build, including connectors, data storage and AI usage, and state any additional costs in the quote.

Do you work with businesses that aren't on Microsoft 365?

Rarely, and we'll say so early. Power Platform earns its value from sitting inside an estate you already run. If you're on Google Workspace, we'll usually point you elsewhere instead of selling you a migration you didn't ask for.

What happens if we stop working with you?

Everything keeps running. It lives in your tenant, under your licences, with your team named as owners. We hand over documentation and access at the end of every engagement whether you're continuing or not.

How do you price AI agent work?

The Copilot Studio starting offer covers one internal read-only use case with prepared sources. Agents that take actions, need custom integrations or use Microsoft Foundry are scoped separately. Evaluation, access checks and model running costs are part of that assessment.

How small is too small?

Below about fifteen staff there's usually not enough repeated volume for the maths to work, and we'll tell you that on the first call instead of taking the money.
