AI Driven Solutions exists because of something anyone who has worked inside a small business will recognise: capable people spending their weeks on work a computer should have been doing. Not glamorous work. Rekeying, chasing, reconciling, reformatting. The kind of work that rarely appears on a strategy deck but still needs to be counted and costed.
Large consultancies aren't built to fix it. Their delivery model needs a programme, a steering committee and a budget with an extra digit. A twelve-person wholesaler with an invoice problem doesn't need any of that. It needs someone to spend four weeks building the thing properly and then leave.
So that's what we do. We work with businesses between fifteen and two hundred and fifty people, we build inside your own Microsoft tenant so the work stays yours, and we'll tell you when a process isn't worth automating.

Show the maths
Every proposal states the hours the process costs today and what we expect it to cost after. If we can't make that case, we don't quote.
Build where you can see it
Your tenant, your licences, your environment. Nothing runs on infrastructure you can't inspect or wouldn't be able to take over.
Leave people able to cope without us
Every handover trains a named person on your side. Success is you making small changes yourself, not you raising a ticket.
Say no to the wrong work
Some processes are too varied, too rare or too political to automate well. We'd rather tell you that in week one than bill you to discover it in month six.

For a clear task, we define the build and its acceptance checks. Where investigation is needed, a focused remote review maps one process and gives you a written recommendation. Wider audits and onsite work are quoted separately.

Build the first one
We build the highest-value process in your own Microsoft tenant, in your own environment. You see it working at the end of each week, not at the end of the project.

Live with real users, monitored, documented, and owned by you. We train a named person on your side to make small changes without calling us.
